Princess College of Nursing Sciences (PCON), Mgbirichi, marked another important milestone in its academic calendar today, 01 December 2025, as two of its major cohorts advanced in their professional training journey.
The Class of May 2026 officially commenced their 3rd Year, 2nd Semester, symbolising entry into one of the most demanding phases of the nursing programme. This stage typically exposes learners to deeper clinical engagements, simulation experiences, advanced nursing procedures, and increased professional responsibility. For many students, it is a period of refining confidence, competence, and clinical judgment as they prepare for final-year transitions.
On the same day, the Class of November 2026 began their 3rd Year, 1st Semester examinations, a key academic assessment that determines their readiness to progress to the next academic level. For these students, the examinations represent both a test of knowledge and a demonstration of clinical reasoning, theory application, and ethical nursing practice. Their performance will reflect nearly three years of rigorous study across foundational and applied nursing sciences.
